There are approximately 8.7 million species all over the world, and arguably, two of the cutest are seals and dogs. For dog owners, simply watching two pups play or snuggle can make one stop and stare for a while. You can’t help but be happy at their cuteness. Seals are the same thing. They are very adorable, and it’s difficult not to like them. Now imagine a dog and a seal together, cuteness overload!
In a video that has gone viral, a seal and a dog, perfect strangers to one another, show the world what kindness is all about. Without a single word spoken, and with only a simple gesture, these two creatures have demonstrated that no matter what differences two species have, they can live in harmony.
Unlikely pair
The short video starts with a wild, but friendly seal, crawling on the white sand beach. Adults and children surround it, some filming the seal, with the creature not minding their presence at all. Some go near the seal and even pet it. The seal sees the dog, who is sprawling on the sand, just minding itself. Then the seal moves closer to the dog.
The sea creature then nozzles its head to the dog’s torso. It then taps the dog with its fin massaging the pup’s back. The dog stirs just a bit, looking behind to see what was happening, but it seems that it doesn’t mind the sudden display of affection. The seal continues to caress the dog sliding its head back and forth the canine’s back. Then suddenly, the seal moves its head to the dog’s head, and they lay there together, seemingly expressing silently their peace with one another.
